Kelly OCG is looking for an Inventory and Lab Administrator to join their team for a top semiconductor company in Folsom, CA. $18/hr + benefits and PTO

Perform Level 2 Technician duties, which include handling of material, following documentation, processing customer requests via online tool, concise communications with team members and customers.

Requirements and Desired Skills:

Clerical Skills: Need to know how to type, file, and keep accurate records (e.g. experience in office administration).
Provide customer support for requests, shipping memos, shopping carts, ordering products, providing requested inventory to employees.
Order and manage computer supply inventory to fulfill internal customer requests.
Gather and research computer materials for best pricing and availability.
Provide guidance on mail operations and ensure that all mail is shipped out in a timely manner.
Redirect mail to appropriate receiver.
Independently screen and prioritize incoming materials.
Facilitate processing via online tool.
Ensuring policy and procedures are being followed.
Work in a fast paced and time sensitive environment to meet daily deadlines.
Must be Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Inventory Management and Tracking.
Track Total Demand/Arrived/Pending in SAS SOR(s). Tracking via “My Samples” (Or similar) Online tool.
Deployment and shipping.
Initiate pre deployment item checkout.
Global SAS cross-GEO deployment coordination.
Reporting and Status updates.
SAS Management. 3PE Management.
CCE Tracker/Excel updating.
OLS (Online Store) – purchasing support for misc. hardware, peripherals, and software licenses.
OLS Item procurement/deployment.
Shipping, ISM creation. INV Deliveries.
System Integration- SRO Pickup/Deliveries. PO tracking.
Logistics: Contracted task requests Pickup/Delivery. Customer Order Delivery.
Inventory – shipping a receiving of hardware and miscellaneous equipment.
Registering & scanning to databases; deploy to Users – CPU’s, Boards/Cards, & Systems.
Issue/return & assign of inventory in all required databases.
Weekly Transaction Audits and reporting.
Scan serial numbers into log file for QCC- Quarterly Cycle Count.
Identify and scrap material through proper methodologies as requested.
Full audit as requested.
Waterfall collect hardware per database Requests; disassembly/sort/store – Update SOR and excel.
Judgment and decision-making abilities are required in resolving moderately complex problems.
The role also includes system updates, tracking of orders, and managing supplier base logistic support.
Demonstrated experience in teamwork, customer service and project management in a dynamic and intensive environment - an advantage.
Administrative management capabilities.
Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), organization, and prioritization skills.
Communicate with co-workers, and others to ensure accurate records are being made and kept in local data base.
Excellent attention to details. Ability to multitask.
Ability to work independently and as a team.
Good proactive and initiative skills.
