Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Solves a wide range of complex problems; actively seeks out resources; fosters a sense of teamwork within HR function and recommends HR strategies to help client achieve business plan goals.
Supports a broad client base across Houston, Midland and various field locations and across multiple disciplines, salaried and O&M.
Guide client groups through the deployment of the HR service delivery model and associated HR processes and tools while supporting the implementation of HR initiatives and programs to meet business needs by relaying insights of business knowledge, strategies, and challenges.
Partner with Centre of Expertise (COEs) and BHR Operations to ensure program alignment and support of business unit strategies and overall HR service delivery model.
Willingness to be flexible, support other members of the team when needed, and respond to multiple client needs/requests simultaneously in fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
Work collectively within an active BHR team to collaborate and align on planning both base business initiatives and strategic activities
Partners with business leaders and corporate affairs, TR COE etc. in refining the Permian development strategy to manage talent effectively.
Partnering with business leadership to develop flexible org models adaptable to flex capital spending in a short-cycle shale and tight business
Required Qualifications:
At least 5 years of exempt level HR experience (3 years in case of Degree)
Demonstrated understanding of basic HR products, services, policies, and practices and/or where to obtain counsel.
Demonstrated ability to manage and complete multiple tasks while working with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and independently set own work priorities.
Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills. Ability to build positive working relationships and effectively works with various levels of customers, managers, and peers with different working styles.
Must be customer focused, responsive and flexible to changing priorities. Demonstrated ability to interact with business leadership to learn and assess the business environment to develop and execute HR Solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Listens and asks questions for understanding. Communicates in a clear, concise, understandable and effective manner. Ability to build and articulate a story or recommendation. Ability to work and communicate with all levels of employees in the organization.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Suite)

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master´s Degree in related fields
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHRM) Certification
