Requisition Summary

This position is responsible for managing all data-driven systems that interact with our North American Parts Distribution Center (PDC) Network; in addition to leading the data management and retrieval strategy to provide accurate, timely and relevant analytics for the network.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

Business ownership and management of administration for Kronos, SIS, DCRM, AS400, Performance Management and any other systems that interact with the PDC network; including user permissions.  Actively pursuing continuous improvement of systems performance and effectiveness, including integrations with Cloud environments such as AWS.
Active involvement in all IT Projects for the Operations network, working with the PDC Process Engineer, to ensure data integrity and data quality.  Work with outside vendors, contractors and PPD IT Developers for any development of data integration architecture and historical mapping.
Act as the Operations data analysis super-user developing core reporting structures while leading departmental strategy for visualizations. Train department users on how to use data analytics to drive higher performance and identify new opportunities. Manage and develop Operations Support Analyst(s), assigning priorities to support the PDC Network, Operations Support team and the PPD IT Analytics team.
Collaborate with PPD IT Data Analytics Manager on defining and reporting metrics for analytics growth, in addition to providing project ideas and departmental priorities.  Analysis and network information gathering of PDC production data to prioritize findings and develop new initiatives.
Serve as Operations representative on the Business Intelligence Data Stewards Board. Incorporate Data Governance policies and standards in to business processes, communicate these changes to Operations network, and share issues/concerns with Data Governance Committee for prioritization.
Ad-Hoc reporting for senior management and presentations regarding data visualization strategies.

Skills / Competencies

Proficiency in AS400 WH and other PDC hardware / software applications
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Word abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Two+ years experience in a professional office environment, preferably in a Distribution Center
Developed network of resources from all departments within PACCAR Parts

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Data Management, Analytics or related area required (MBA or MS Degree a plus)
Two years of data analytics experience in a professional setting required
Two years of PDC Operations experience desired
Familiarity or experience with Salesforce, Tableau, PowerBI, cloud storage and compute on Azure or AWS
Experience with TDFSS, DMAIC and LEAN Six Sigma principles required. Certified Six Sigma Lean Belt or Certified TDFSS Belt a plus. 
Experience with Agile Project Management, including Scrum Project Management required.
