This candidate will lead a team that provides desktop support to the firm’s corporate and remote offices for PBM, Retail and HCB. He/She will manage a team of technicians on aspects of the day to day activities of Desktop Support operations.
The candidate must be proficient with ITIL methodology, incident management systems, provide white-glove service. This position will need to meet developing SLAs and KPIs, which will require flexibility, proactive solutions and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
