Job Description

Leads training and professional development of all site employees and partners with employees and management to perform HR tasks. Training duties could include developing, maintaining, and presenting materials for training and educating all site employees, designing and developing instructional material for computer-based training and other delivery platforms. HR duties could include communication of various company policies to new hires, serving as a point of contact for assigned HR areas, and assisting with special projects and functions of the department.

This position is salaried exempt status, which means you are not eligible for overtime pay.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Bachelor’s or higher level degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related area preferred.
1 year of professional-level HR generalist experience preferred.
3 years of training development experience preferred.
Professional HR certification preferred.
Experience with SAP preferred.
