KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
Ensure the framework of the assigned project or program is consistent with the sponsor and steering committee’s objectives to meet the needs of Michelin and its customers.
Utilize knowledge of multiple project management methodologies and have the ability to apply Agile behaviors and approaches to project management.
Lead the project team demonstrating Michelin's ICARE leadership behaviors.
Design, in the rules of the art of PLC programming, knowledge of equipment and troubleshooting, by making the relevant technical choices supported by the appropriate calculations and sizing, in order to propose a design respecting the CDC and the best cost / performance ratio.
Understand project stakeholder needs and proactively provide communication regarding status and blocking points.
Assign responsibilities and mentor project team
Leads the Transfer to Operations and follows-up until business value is delivered.
Ensure that all Enhanced opportunities are fully supported to establish the customer need and suitability of the overall solution.
Validation includes supporting the accurate supply of information to correctly qualify tenders.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Min 2 yr technical degree in Engineering or related field
Min 1-5 years experience to include relevant internship/Co-Op experience
