WHY LACEWORK NEEDS YOU

Our team is growing, and we are looking for an individual Engineer with a passion for providing technical assistance to help support the Lacework engineering team.

You will help manage user access and troubleshoot hardware and software systems. You will also help manage our QA environments and eventually our office IT infrastructure (Internet, WiFi, printers).

If you’re computer-savvy and enjoy supporting end users, we’d like to meet you. To succeed in this role, you should have a problem-solving attitude along with the ability to give clear technical instructions. You should also be familiar with remote troubleshooting techniques.

Your Opportunity:

Manage engineering services including Okta, Github, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP and Azure.
You will Identify problems, develop and maintain solutions and processes that will help drive improvements towards engineering productivity.
Drive technology decisions for Lacework's engineering tooling.
Evangelize good code and solid engineering practices
Understand the overall ticket management process and fill the gaps. 
Communication with remote users and their managers via telephone, email, and video conferencing to facilitate the timely return of laptops, test devices, and other company-owned equipment.
Ensure accuracy of process documentation (wikis, knowledge base articles, etc) related to IT Operations
Good understanding of infrastructure as code and have managed systems using Terraform/Ansible/Google Deployment Manager.

Well organized. Project management skills and ability to effectively prioritize multiple assignments simultaneously
Strong verbal/written communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office and G Suite preferred
