Job Description

Summary

If you are looking for a job that combines a passion for innovation, an opportunity for growth, and a culture of teamwork, then you've come to the right place.  We have an exciting opportunity awaiting someone like you!

About the Role

You will be part of a collaborative team changing the way the manual loan origination process is done by creating a unique, all-in-one loan origination application. You will be working with other departments to lead demos and others through change to accomplish the end goal. You are not a developer – you are a subject matter expert on the loan origination process with strong business acumen when it comes to user experience with the loan process. Your role is critical in transforming the way BOK Financial’s loan process will be done in the future to make it a more seamless experience for all parties involved. Ultimately, you will be involved in the largest and most impactful projects in the history of the Commercial Bank for BOK Financial.

What You Can Expect

Every day you will be working on something new and exciting. You will be working in a very fast-paced environment to initiate change and come up with strategic ideas and solutions to the manual loan origination process. You will be involved in strategic conversations, interacting and engaging with virtually all lines of business of the Commercial Bank, and using your naturally inquisitive way of thinking to help create a visionary product.

Team Culture

We’ve created a fun, safe space for our team to brainstorm, ask questions, and find solutions. Everyone is encouraged to share their ideas for positive change, no matter what role or level. There is genuine care and concern for a job well done, and we lift one another to become even better. If we can help each other achieve more, then it helps us all. Recognition, integrity and the desire to help others are our winning combination.

How You'll Spend Your Time

You will assist with the most complex projects across the Commercial Bank, including the critical transformation of our loan origination process, while assisting with multiple other significant projects that will positively impact the enterprise.
You will collaborate with the Commercial Strategies team, work with senior leaders across every department and line of business of the Commercial Bank, and partner directly with internal shared service providers to execute key initiatives and further ensure the Commercial Bank is responsive to the needs of the broader organization.
You will leverage commercial banking knowledge to assess, plan and execute the needed project activities to promote and ensure project success and (ultimately) sustainment.
You will share the project vision and keep key stakeholders informed and engaged through effective and timely communications and project updates.
You will assist in establishing an effective project control reporting process and manage the expectations of stakeholders.
You will influence key stakeholders on key business decisions and change efforts.
You will serve as a key resource on commercial processes, concepts, and questions.

We'd Like to Talk to You

COLLABORATION – You enjoy working in teams and across departments with a proficiency to follow-up and follow-through.
