The Advisor Trust Services(ATS) business line is within the Private Wealth group at BOK Financial and specializes in serving as administrative trustee in directed and delegated trusts where outside advisors are managing trust assets on their own custodial platforms.
The Advisor Trust Services business line is establishing an administrative office in Reno or Las Vegas to take advantage of the Nevada situs and you would be on the ground floor of this effort.
About the Role
As a Trust Officer IV you would be developing strategic relationships with referral sources; attorneys, financial advisors, CPA’s and other financial professionals, to create and further expand BOK Financial's brand recognition in the marketplace. You’ll be responsible for administering personal trusts that require NV situs with full support to carry out your duties.

In this highly relationship-oriented role you will be responsible for administering significant account relationships within the Private Wealth Advisor Trust Services business line, including highly complex trusts, typically associated with dynastic wealth management.

You will enhance our image in the community through the development of relationships with financial professionals and by pursuing business opportunities through community involvement and professional associations.
You will utilize your interpersonal skills to meet business development and retention goals by developing new business through relationships with business partners, existing clients, and centers of influence.
You will manage and administer the delivery of trust administration services for the clients.
You will employ sophisticated knowledge and understanding of tax, accounting, investment, estate planning, business succession, and specialty asset management to coordinate other professionals, both internal and external, in the delivery of their expertise to clients.
You will ensure effective systems and controls to ensure adherence to compliance and risk management policies and procedures.

RELATIONSHIP BUILDER: Your ability to network and build relationships will create trust with clients as a problem-solving resource, coordinator, and guide in the financial arena.
TRUST ADMINISTRATION: Extensive knowledge of the interpretation and practical application of document provisions, probate law, accounting, securities and real estate law, and estate, tax and charitable planning.
INVESTMENT ACUMEN: Your ability to determine and implement appropriate investment objectives by continual development and utilization of financial market knowledge, concepts, and investment strategies.
PROBLEM SOLVER: You’re constantly taking a deeper dive, researching, dissecting, investigating, and asking the right questions to provide the best service.
COMMUNICATION: You’ll need exceptional verbal and written communication to express yourself clearly and concisely to internal and external clients and you set an example of commitment, responsiveness, ethics, and professionalism.
PROFESSIONAL DESIGNATIONS: Preferred advanced degree and JD, CPA, CFA, or CFP, and commitment to keeping current with laws relating to trusts and estates and completing continuing education or development training.
Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related and professional certification or post-graduate degree and 15+ years of directly related experience in trust.
