Job Description

Job Duties & Responsibilities  

Accountable for product line aftermarket sales, technical, and service support

Supports and helps drive Hoist & Winch’s business/operational strategy and growth

Responsible for product line level Aftermarket and Service strategic planning, development, and execution in collaboration with Business Development

Partner with Business Development to establish strong customer relationships in order to manage performance, track and improve customer satisfaction

Responsible for all Technical Support including field service, product support, training and publications

Partners with the relevant Value Stream Leader to functionally lead all aspects of the service and support for the product lifecycle (i.e. sales support, new product entry, spares and material support, maintenance and repair, etc.)

Provide aftermarket leadership to the IPT in a way that models the RTX Leadership Competencies

Ensure collaboration and alignment with Mechanical Systems Aftermarket functional leads

Basic Qualifications 

Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree (MBA) Preferred

Looking for 8+ years progressive experience in Aerospace, Aftermarket, Operations, or similar functional expertise

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to manage and drive customer satisfaction at all levels (internal and/or external)

Demonstrated ability to lead in a matrixed organization

Demonstrated ability to manage medium contracts with customers, partners, and suppliers

Demonstrated ability to manage quality and delivery to drive customer satisfaction
