Job Description
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with developing and implementing innovative communications strategies in the criminal justice, victim services, or public health fields
2+ years of experience with managing a project that spans a nationwide effort
Knowledge of social science research and evidence-based programs and practices
Knowledge of training or technical assistance on a national level
Knowledge of national and emerging trends in the victim services, anti-trafficking, or criminal justice fields
Knowledge of the application of research and evidence-based policies into practices
?Ability to obtain a security clearance
BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with organizational and transformational change
Experience in working with tribal nations, American Indian or Alaska Native communities
Ability to lead diverse teams and with an institutional mindset
Possession of excellent problem solving, client relationship, and project management
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
MA or MS degree
Project Management Certification
