Job Description

You Have:

3+ years of experience in developing and implementing innovative communications strategies

Knowledge of national and emerging trends in the victim services, anti-trafficking, or criminal justice fields

Ability to apply research and evidence-based policies into practices

Ability to obtain a security clearance

BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

Experience with organizational and transformational change

Experience in working with tribal nations, American Indian, or Alaska Native communities

Experience with programs in the criminal justice, victim services, or public health fields

Knowledge of social science research, evidence-based programs and practices, and training or technical assistance on a national level

Ability to lead diverse teams with an institutional mindset

Possession of excellent problem solving, client relationship, and project management skills

Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Change Management Certification
