Business Development Representative, Google

You will develop strategic marketing/product line business plans and marketing programs to support sales in designated market segments.  As a Google Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for implementing Go-to-market strategy for Google Software products, training and enabling partners, and ensuring the brand has proper channel exposure and remains top-of-mind.  

Get Inspired by the Work You’ll Do

Create and maintain customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities
Identify volume and strategic customers and develop those partnerships
Analyze market data to identify trends/opportunities and create reports and/or presentations
Maintain and develop strong vendor relationships
Act as go-to person for supporting Sales personnel
Implement and enable strategic projects such as demos, pilots, incentives, and channel promotions
Lead sales trainings in-person and via webinar
Represent vendor at trade shows and end user events
Be an internal go-to for sales knowledge on product line including pitch, use cases, pricing, and various upsell/cross sell solutions to complement an opportunity

Your passion is sparked by:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university plus two to five years of related experience and/or equivalent education and experience
Working knowledge of sales processes, procedures and terminology
Solid background building productive internal and external working relationships
Established detail-oriented individual with proven analytical skills
Demonstrated networking skills as well as solid organizational and planning skills
Excellent verbal and written communications a must along with strong ability to function well in team environment through daily collaboration
Proven background working problems of moderate scope that may require strategic thinking/problem solving skills
Demonstrated experience exercising judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action needed
