Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

The CCB RGM teams create and deploy the Revenue Growth Plan inputs that supports and delivers the SBA AOP & LRP while providing the core underlying JMS growth pillars for our JBPs. They are strongly connected with the RGM COE to bring best practices and capabilities to the SBAs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Create and deploy LRP Revenue Growth strategies across levers to include Pricing (Commodities and Strategic), PPA, Mix, Promotion and Strategic Funding Shifts that deliver profitable net price realization
Ensure the tools and strategies are integrated into the customer JBP process
Develop P&L mindset within the SBA
Develop Trade Funding and Spending Strategies that deliver on objectives of the brand strategies

Pricing: Intelligence, strategy, optimization, and execution. Includes price gap tracking, pricing slopes, pricing actions, MAPs tracking, Dead Net, ROI, etc.
Merchandising: Promoted price, frequency, timing, depth, display, etc.
Execution of price pack architecture analysis
Portfolio: Category / brand assortment for ongoing and new items, mix and slotting optimization

Develop and deploy annual retailer-specific trade budgets
Lead and develop CCB RGM team

Identify growth opportunities for team members
Provide feedback and direction

Identify and drive margin enhancement opportunities through trade efficiency and pricing strategies
Work closely with PEA and Sales teams to identify efficiencies

SELECTION CRITERIA

Education

Bachelor's degree is required

Experience

10+ years’ experience in CPG/RGM Leadership is required
RGM Functional Knowledge including pricing, PEA, NRO, PPA, etc.
Prior experience leading a team is required

Other

Previous experience with JBP process
Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional partners to drive business results
Demonstrated understanding of customer strategies and retail environment
Demonstrated understanding of Revenue Growth Management
