Summary

Wisconsin Public Service a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking Full-Time Customer Service Representatives for our Customer Care Center at our Green Bay, WI location.

These positions have a starting wage of $19.70/hr.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible and empowered to take on questions and concerns from our customers. The Customer Care Center operates 24/7 to ensure customers have energy related solutions. Various shifts are available.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED/HSED.
3+ years Customer Service and/or Customer Relations (billing, credit, payment).
Must be able to work and adapt to various hours/shifts and a changing schedule.
Availability for 24 hour call out for storm trouble call handling is also required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Call Center environment experience.
1+ years post-high school education in business, communications, psychology, or related field.
Previous experience negotiating with customers and dealing with difficult situations is essential.
