Responsibilities:

Assist in creating product vision and roadmaps for various products build on top of the WordPress CMS stack, that meet and align with business objectives and goals
Assessing the current state of products, identifying ways to transform existing solutions while evaluating innovative new solutions based on WordPress
Identifying opportunities, creating business cases, and championing vision to build organizational alignment across business & technology stakeholders
Owning product requirements and specifications and driving the product development schedule from design to release with high quality
Establishing Objectives and Key Results to ensure your products achieve their goals
Collaborating with cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, design, client delivery and finance to deliver on the product roadmap and vision
Championing the voice of the customer, establishing one-to-many customer and partner forums for product feedback, engaging deeply and personally with customers
Develop content strategies, sitemaps, and wireframes tailored to business goals and vision
Leverage data and analytics to guide design, UX, and UI of products
Manage client communication and expectations
Monitor progress and scope to report statuses to management and clients alike
Manage and review quality of work to ensure it meets company standards
Manage tasks and communication with team and keep product development on budget and on-time
Assist with preparing product proposals, including work items, creating cost estimates, and developing product schedules
Conduct weekly stakeholder status meetings

Required Qualifications

B.S. or an M.S. in a technical or business domain
6+ years prior working experience as a Product Manager
Can do attitude and an ability to build partnerships across different groups
Experience with building both internal facing and client facing products
In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum processes and principles
Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Creative thinker with a vision
Attention to details

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated experience with WordPress based solutions
Understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts and strategy
A success-focused mindset and willingness to creatively problem solve
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to collaborate with others or independently
Ability to effectively organize and prioritize tasks
Familiar with Photoshop, xD, HubSpot, and agile management a plus
General experience with HTML, CSS, PHP, and hosting setup a plus
