As a UX researcher, you help shape our products and services with insights about our customers.
Our UX team of eight designers and researchers supports the work of hundreds of engineers across several products, so there is always something happening. We value UX research because we want to ensure our decisions resonate with users.
Our company is global, and our UX team includes members in Bengaluru, India; Boulder, Colorado; Waltham, Massachusetts; and Sunnyvale, California. We coordinate our schedules and control the hours we work while interacting with people throughout the world.?
Key responsibilities
Collaborate with UX designers, engineers, and product managers to design, coordinate, and conduct research projects, such as usability studies, surveys, card sorts, and usage data analysis.?
Communicate insights and recommendations to product teams and executives through reports, conversations, and presentations.
Drive the evolution and improvement of our research practices.

Key qualifications
You’ve been doing qualitative and quantitative UX research for enterprise software for at least 5 years, and you love learning new things and teaching other people.
You’re fascinated by technology that impacts the world, and you want a role in helping to shape it.
You’re a proactive self-starter with passion, perseverance, and interest in the success of everyone around you.
You’re skilled at working on multiple concurrent projects and bringing together insights from them into actionable recommendations. Your UX research work not only improves products but also influences others to be more focused on users.
You’re proficient with the tools of UX design and analysis.
