Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

Designs and develops world-class engaging L&D programs and curricula; define objectives, outline course content and exercises, develop content, assessments and supporting materials for learning efforts
Partners with business to conduct intake sessions and determine best approach to build a learning solution
Uses various tools (Adobe, Articulate, PowerPoint, etc.) in the development of instructor led, e-learning, and blended learning modules
Serves as Program manager for organization-wide training and development projects as needed.
Facilitates L&D programs as needed.  Training delivery formats include live classroom, virtual training, one-on-one, and blended instruction
Serves as training lead where project management skills will be required to coordinate efforts and resources within the Learning and Development team as part of a larger project team
Works closely with LMS Administrator to ensure all L&D programs are loaded, delivered, completed, and reported on as needed
Responsible for the management and tracking of e-learning authoring tools. 
Generates class rosters and attendance reports using Trinity’s Learning Management System
Provides metrics on learning programs as requested
Stays up to date with industry and field current trends
Performs other job-related duties as required

Skills & Competencies:

Proven proficiency in designing and facilitating training programs in classroom and virtual environments
Proficient in the application of instructional design, curriculum design, and adult-learning principles
Experienced training facilitator, including leadership training and soft skills
Ability to establish credibility with stakeholders across the organization as a valuable resource and consultant in technical training and applications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), professional demeanor and presentation including active listening and ability to convey information clearly
A self-starter who takes ownership of assigned projects and shows commitment to the job; ability to work independently
Strong project management skills
Strong time management skills

Qualifications & Prior Experience:

Bachelor’s in Communication, Education, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent experience
5 years of experience in an education and training environment, preferably in a professional services organization
Strong technical knowledge of multiple software applications including MS Office 2016, Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Articulate, Camtasia
Ability to quickly learn new e-earning authoring tools including Animaker, My Simpleshow, Snagit, and other tools as needed.
