Senior Software Engineer - DLP Enforce Team 

The Data Loss Prevention product is used by organizations all over the world to prevent, detect, and remediate sensitive data which is at risk of being exposed.  The Enforce console is the central command and control component of a vast distributed network of security applications and processes running in the cloud, data centers, hybrid networks, and on the endpoint.   We are looking for a seasoned engineer to join our Agile team.  The ever increasing complexity and customer demand for improved security policies, workflows, and remediation responses drives our backlog.  

Design, Develop, and test software for the Enforce Data Loss Prevention product.  Develop customer delighting features, fix bugs, and provide feedback to our support team when customer escalations occur.  Communicate and collaborate with engineering teams, architects, and product management. 

Solid knowledge of advanced data structures and algorithms.  Highly proficient in programming in Java.  Strong object oriented design skills.  Experienced in best practices of software development such as writing unit and functional tests, code reviews, continuous integration, and design documentation.

familiar with both Windows and Linux development environments

knowledge of Oracle database or other relational databases 

Experience with developing REST APIs, JPA , and Angular.

Experience : Bachelors and 8+ years of related experience; at this level post-graduate coursework may be desirable or Masters degree and 6+ years of related experience or PhD and 3+ years of related experience

Plans, designs, develops and tests software systems and applications for software enhancements and new products. May develop software programs, products and tools required for the operation and control of programmable products for the operation.
