About the Role

You will partner with our team and key organizational partners to manage the logistics of all L&D events and strategic efforts. You will help be the connector with cross functional partners (Communications, Digital, Supply Chain, Marketing, Social Media/PR) to ensure L&D strategies are accomplished and elevated to our Representatives. You will also manage, create content for our Facebook group and internal Business calendar ensuring all training content is current with images, language, sales/marketing direction etc. which will promote training to our Representative community and further increase social engagement in this group. You will also manage our content evaluation and effectiveness process, which includes data collection and analysis, to measure program KPIs and success.

You will report directly to the Learning & Development Manager of Operations, Social Media and Analytics.

Responsibilities

Support management of all planning and operations for all training events, workshops and efforts (both in person and virtual)
Support team in managing internal Facebook groups, ensuring all training, business updates and group experience support Representative knowledge and community
Support trainers and L&D team with data-based results of trainings and content with analytical insight into key areas of opportunities
Work with internal departments to promote strategic agenda and communications based on insights, observations and feedback
Contribute strategic ideas and personal perspectives to create marketing, training content, and management of large-scale conferences

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
2+ years of experience in Project Management, Social Media or Brands with brand ambassador programs
Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
Self-starter with strong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, tight-turnaround environment.
Strong writing skills, content creation experience, knowledge of social market trends and the ability to analyze efforts
Event experience
Experience with Front-of-camera video and presentation
