About the Role

Internally this role is called "Associate Manager, Omni-Channel Campaign Planner". We are looking for an independent, data savvy and process oriented team player. You will work with our Marketing team to compile, execute and manage Digital Marketing plans for the Digital Catalog, a newly developed digital version of Avon's print Catalog.

You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Omni-Channel Campaign Planning.

Responsibilities

Process planning and data ownership for Digital Catalog Marketing plans
Help build timelines and manage the Creative Process Calendar, from the ideation of each Digital Catalog to a live online vehicle
Data, pricing, promotion and orderability review of Digital Catalog once live, working with Marketing and Programming teams to manage marketing offers
Manage communication with teams; Creative, Marketing, Programming on timelines, process status updates and distributing meeting agenda
Collaborate with Senior Manager to build Digital Catalog strategy, to increase representative and customer engagement through projects and training
Manage internal reporting for Digital Catalog for team leadership
Assist Senior Manager of Omni-Channel Campaign Planning on upcoming initiatives

Qualifications

2+ years of relevant work experience in an entry level Merchandise Planning, Project Management or Marketing Administrative roles
Experience in Project Management tools, such as Asana
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Must understand basic of Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) inclusive of; pivot-tables and v-look ups
Experience reviewing and manipulating high-volume data
Effective communicator with experience leading live meetings
Strong attention to detail and organization
