EDUCATION:

High School Degree or equivalent experience required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Lean yellow belt certification preferred or to obtain within 12 months of hire.

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

3 years required experience with business and management principles with, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.

3 years required experience of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluating customer satisfaction.

2 years required, 3 years preferred of effective verbal written, analytical and interpersonal skills.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT: 

General Office – Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time.  

Employee required to walk long distances repeatedly throughout the day. 

MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: 

Employee required to organize and coordinate schedules.

Employee required to analyze and interpret complex data.

Employee required to problem-solve.  

Employee required to communicate with the public.

Employee required to manage other employees.

Brief Description
This person will oversee administration, personnel and operational functions.  Provides leadership to assigned staff to meet and optimize established levels of business performance objectives, service, productivity, and quality.  Maintains positive employee morale. Must be able to manage and oversee location(s) that have a sales revenue of up to 15 million.
Detailed Description

·         Implements and ensures consistent compliance with standard operating procedures, policies, internal audit controls, Sarbanes-Oxley controls, and business management quality system requirements

·         Develops and implements action plans to correct problem areas and optimize productivity

·         Utilizes LEAN methodologies to develop and implement action plans to correct problem areas and optimize established levels of business performance objectives, service, productivity, and quality

·         Analyzes operational reports to identify potential deficiencies and take corrective action

·         Analyzes external and internal customer feedback and develops methods to improve service quality

·         Implements and directs safety program and housekeeping practices

·         Monitors operating expenses

·         Manages assets, including inventory, receivables and payables to maximize bottom line performance

·         Analyzes customer feedback procedures and develops methods to improve service quality using metrics

·         Contributes to preparation of department annual budget, including forecast of capital expenditures

·         Manages staff as well as verifies attendance records, hiring of ew staff, carries out performance appraisals, directs staff training and development, and carries out disciplinary action

·         Conducts department quality meetings to communicate information and resolve problems

·         Complies with quality control program

·         Maintains facility and office equipment

·         Management of multi-vehicle fleet
