Job Description

Position Summary:

Provide day-to-day administrative functions and problem resolution related to Microsoft 0365.

Responsible for development and maintenance of SharePoint Online; user interface design, document libraries, and shared storage space.

Collaborate with the central IT team to ensure Operational Security, Maintenance and Governance.

The successful candidate must have business analytical skills that, combined with their technical expertise, provide efficient online collaboration space for the business functions.

Essential Functions

Define, implement and document best practices for usage of Office365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote)
Ensure the operational health of the O365 environment, including security, availability, performance, interoperability and reliability
Work with the business stakeholders to establish functional SharePoint requirements, coach and manage expectations
Design and maintenance of SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and content (including pages, workflows, and items)
Troubleshoot problems by applying established techniques and procedures adhering to standards determined by the central team.
Conduct routine monitoring and analysis to include audit log reports evaluation, system and storage utilization reports, site and system usage, growth reports, and manage site collection quota settings
Evaluation of new technologies, tools and applications
Training and educating team members and end-users on O365 capabilities and collaboration tools (SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Teams Rooms, OneNote, Outlook etc.)
Build strong, productive customer-focused relationships with the Business, IT teams and third parties
Install computer operating systems, applications, computer peripherals, deploy approved security patches and adhere to Corporate standards.
Provide Tier2 support for all PC based hardware, applications and services
Regularly update the ticket tracking system with status and a problem resolution
Update and keep Corporate's asset management system current
Provides or assists with user administration (adding, modifying and deleting user accounts)
Create and update documentation and checklists to ensure a high quality

Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Required 

3-5 years experience in designing and administering SharePoint Online
Experience supporting MS O365 platform, Azure, and Azure Active Directory environment
Experience supporting MS O365 Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote)
Experience in supporting MS PowerApps and Flow
Business analytical skills
Experience in creating and developing technical guides
Experience in supporting Windows and Mac Operating systems
Experience in troubleshooting and supporting LAN/WAN/WiFi
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or similar
