Dealership: L0366 Driveway Home Office Driveway Care Agent I
The Driveway Care Agent I is responsible for handling customer leads related to our Driveway “Sell” and “Service” plays. This position is an entry level position, with little to no experience required.
The Driveway Care Agent I reports to the Driveway Agent Supervisor.
Responsibilities
Driveway “Sell” Play:
Communicate effectively with customers through chat, phone, and CRM/email
Schedules vehicle inspections with customer
Communicates inspection appointment with valet
Complete pre-inspection check sheet on all vehicle offers
Verify register owner
Verify required customer documents
Vehicle history report
Verify vehicle payoff
Maintain activity log
Driveway “Service” Play:
Communicate effectively with customers through chat, phone, and CRM/email
Schedules vehicle pickup and delivery with customer
Maintain activity log
Other duties as assigned
