POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Manager, Display & Affiliate Marketing is responsible for developing, implementing and analyzing display and affiliate digital marketing for Calvin Klein. The primary function of this role is to lead the end-to-end strategy of our affiliate marketing and display marketing programs to drive customer acquisition, customer reach, engagement and conversion. Ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with an advanced understanding of the digital media landscape. The candidate in this role will have a proven track record of success with performance based, direct response marketing programs. Monitor and report on portfolio performance daily, develop reporting and insight capabilities and processes to effectively assess progress and opportunities. Collaborate with UX, site optimization and buying teams to exchange insights in support of all owned & operated CK businesses. The candidate must be experienced and comfortable reporting results and educating all levels of management. The Senior Manager, Display & Affiliate Marketing will work alongside a talented and growing media team.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Develop cohesive strategy across affiliate and display to accelerate customer acquisition, revenue growth, achieve ROI goals, hit sales and traffic targets
Operationalize campaigns by defining program objectives, tactics, targeting, KPIs, budgets, forecasts, and prioritization of initiatives
Work with affiliate networks to find brand aligned affiliates, negotiate commissions
Dig into channel data to drive testing, optimization and analysis to identify key levers and opportunities for improvements
Work with external agency/platform partners and counterparts within media team (SEM, SEO, social) for alignment and minimizing channel conflict
Develop partnerships with our agency and marketing vendors (Google, Affiliates, etc..) to strategize on a long term, proactive roadmap
Collaborate with internal stakeholders UX, buying teams, brand marketing and creative teams to develop strategies and guide execution
Monitor and report on portfolio performance daily, develop reporting and insight capabilities and processes to effectively assess progress and opportunities from various campaigns
Communicate Performance to key stakeholders and cross functional teams to promote understanding of strategy, ROI and future opportunities
Contribute to the overall performance marketing and growth strategy
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
7+ years of digital marketing experience at a retailer or agency. Experience within performance marketing, customer acquisition and/or remarketing.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business , marketing or related field
Skills:
Highly motivated self-starter
Comfortable working independently to achieve a successful result
Strong analytics and presentation skills
Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture, or similar reporting tool
Data, technical focused individual with web analytics experience
Proficiency in MSFT Office; deep experience with data analysis in Excel
Collaborative team-player yet comfortable with independence
Can multi-task, prioritize, and balance time across brands, multiple partner relationships and internal initiatives on a daily basis while maintaining a profound attention to detail

BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Help develop and allocate seasonal marketing budgets with sales and marketing plans to support owned & operated financial objectives.

Defined target audiences and segments to drive business goals and KPIs
Weekly campaign optimization consultation - inclusive of creative, tactic and platform
Media planning strategic implementation and execution
RESOURCEFULNESS/CREATIVITY:
Must be flexible to adapt to changing trends of the business and/or adhoc strategic initiatives. Must be able to communicate clearly with several layers of management, licensee, and service provider.
