Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead Operational and Enterprise Risk Management efforts for FS clients
Drive business and market development efforts including identifying opportunities, scoping prospective engagements, developing proposals and growing current accounts
Provide outcome-based solutions for our clients to help them improve their day-to-day operations
Provide leadership to Client Service and Delivery teams and mentor junior staff
Develop and sustain trust-based relationships with C-level executives.
Qualifications:
Thirteen plus years of consulting experience, or a combination of consulting and industry experience in the Financial Services industry
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
Track record of success in expanding business relationships and establishing new clients in the risk space
Demonstrated leadership and oversight in delivering large, complex engagements
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives
