Job Duties:
Analyze customer business requirements and tailor the use of internal computer systems to meet those objectives. Identify and understand technical SAP requirements for end users to build and maintain strong relationships as single-point-of-contact for all SAP and IT-related matters. Document and analyze software, and/or system functional requirements from key stakeholders, develop project plans and timelines to successfully deploy solutions, install and configure SAP to meet each client’s individual requirements, assist with data conversion, and provide end-user training and on-going customer support. Oversee the project team, project rollout, project implementation, and SAP upgrades. Provide strategic consultancy support to assigned customers in defining or designing business processes and researching and identifying enabling technologies based on customer requirements. Proactively seek ways to apply technology to business processes, researching and providing information on technical trends and competitors’ practices relevant to the assigned client business. Provide information and report to subordinates on interpretation of results and approve changes in plans. Telecommuting is permitted.
Minimum Requirements:
Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related quantitative discipline and two (2) years of work experience in the job offered or in a business analyst-related position.
Special Skill Requirements:
(1) SAP APO and IBP; (2) Supply Planning: supply chain management in manufacturing industry including the assessment of costs, delays in procurement, production and transportation routing; (3) Demand Planning: analyzing and forecasting demand data in supply chain management to assess KPIs for production and supply planning; (4) Sales and Operational Planning: analyzing supply chain data with cross functional teams to ensure efficiencies in production of goods and cost optimization; (5) S/4 Hana Logistics integration; (6) IBP and execution; (7) Supply chain data analysis utilizing tools such as SAP IBP to analyze the data and propose/design solutions to meet business requirements.
