Job Description
As a lead software developer on our Customer Insights team, you’ll design and develop Business Process Management (BPM) applications using Pega PRPC frameworks. You’ll be involved in design and development of decision strategy, offer flows and campaigns. You’ll use your strong verbal, written, & interpersonal communication skills, to effectively collaborate with our Pega development team, architects, and our business customers.
Must-have qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and six years of work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs or applications
Instead of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher, and:
The completion of a technical training program, and six years related work experience, or
Eight years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications
Preferred skills
Pega NBA (Next Best Action) designer
Experienced in Scrum or other Agile methodologies
AWS Cloud experience
Pega CSA (Certified System Architect); CSSA (Certified Senior Systems Architect) an/or Pega CPDC (Certified Decisioning Consultant) certifications
Expertise creating user interface (UI) using flow actions, harness and section rules
Compensation
$97,920 - $126,720/year
Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
