The Opportunity

Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Core People Systems & Integrations, the HRIS Analyst will be responsible for the execution of work on Qurate Retail Group’s HRIS portfolio. This includes Global Workday HCM, HCM integrations and other global People system tools. The person in this role will also provide the day to day support and maintenance of the global People Systems and evaluates how well the People system supports both short and long term global objectives. The HRIS Analyst will support the research, designing, implementation, and maintenance of the HRIS solutions as well as train employees on the changes within the system and/or processes.

Your Impact

Planning & Analysis

Partner with People Function team members on a global basis to understand current processes and optimize our systems technology solutions
Maintain awareness of current trends within HR Tech and Talent Management Tools

Solutions Design and Delivery

Serve as a the People Systems link between our technical capabilities and our business objectives
Research, design, implement, and maintain system capabilities that support our oval PCC Roadmap and COE priorities

Production Support and Ongoing Maintenance

Review and resolve daily data integrity or system issues
Regression testing of existing software during planned upgrades and vendor releases

Training and Documentation

Maintain updates to documentation used by Tier 1 support teams of updates to system configuration and resolved issues
Serve as the liaison to Tier 1 support teams, including daily guidance and support

What you Bring

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a similar role
2+ years of relatable experience working in HRIS support
Experience working with sensitive/confidential data
Global and multiple brands experience preferred
Agile environment experience a plus
Experience configuring integrated Talent Management Platforms (Workforce planning, Succession Planning, Talent Management, or Learning Software) preferred
