What you will do:
Deliver seasonal Ecommerce Marketing assets that highlight the uniqueness of our products. Work closely with Creative Directors to ensure consistency with all creative. Provide clear direction to our in-house photographer to create interesting product photography.
How you will do it:
You will work closely with Marketing and Creative partners to create engaging interactive campaigns. Regularly bringing new ideas to the table and seeking to push the limits of creativity. You will be constantly aware of who are consumer is and seek to deliver creative assets that speak to the user.
What success looks like:
As a senior member of the design team, you will bring ideas that will help evolve and improve our processes. Providing valuable feedback and mentoring to junior designers is important for this position. Have an understanding of the complete user journey and make adjustments to creative based on where the user is within this journey.

Educational Position Requirements:
A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
