Job Description

The Enterprise Third Party Risk Manager (ETPRM) within Enterprise Procurement is established to efficiently manage CVS Health risk exposure from third party engagements and relationships through a consistent, comprehensive, and coordinated approach, driving visibility and transparency throughout the engagement lifecycle so as to enable CVS Health to make more informed business decisions and reduce residual risk throughout the enterprise.

As Manager for ETPRM, you will be an integral member of the team tasked with monitoring and implementing compliance with ETPRM requirements throughout the CVS Health Enterprise. Additional responsibilities will include supporting fostering business relationships and communication with business owners and key stakeholders to ensure processes are enhanced and implemented to effectively manage enterprise risks and adherence to ETPRM program requirements.

You will serve as an advocate for the ETPRM program and influence operational risk management practices across the organization. This position will work independently, as well as in collaboration with colleagues from across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Collaborate with business relationship owners and stakeholders (TPRG, IGTP, Compliance, Business Continuity, Internal Audit, Legal, etc.) to define and synthesize ETPRM process requirements, translate to program design, and support needs related to the ETPRM process and solution.
-Support ETPRM working team with communications to drive awareness, increase engagement, and set expectations with Business Owners and stakeholders.
-Initial point of triage for escalation requests from Business Owners concerning the ETPRM process prior to further escalation to ETPRM leadership.
-Monitor business adherence to and compliance with ETPRM requirements, including risk identification and mitigation/resolution.

Required Qualifications

-Minimum 5 years of experience working in a risk management environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience within the Retail and/or Healthcare Industries, specifically relating to enterprise risk management functions.
Experience in RSA Archer.
Knowledge of risk management governance standards and commitments applicable to CVS Health and its various business segments.
Change Management, program/project management, and application e.g. Six Sigma, Lean Process.
