We are looking for a Staff Software Development Engineer-Security Applications
What You Will Accomplish
Owning/Maturing/Innovating cloud-native distributed systems to solve low latency customer requirements for vulnerability scanning, behavioral modeling, and threat intelligence at massive scale.
Architect, design, and implement systems that provide availability, scalability, economic, and latency guarantees
Implement observability and automation as required to support production implementation of components
Build end-user tools and APIs to support heterogeneous implementation models (bulk scanning, on-demand analysis, CI/CD, etc)
What You Will Bring
Extensive experience with Java, preferably in a microservices context.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement at high scale while maintaining performance and reliability SLOs
Deep knowledge of relational database engines like MySQL, Postgres, SQLServer, Oracle etc.
Experience with columnar / MPP datastores (Snowflake preferred)
Working knowledge/experience with AWS services (S3, Kinesis, EKS, etc)
Experience with distributed system performance analysis and optimization
Experience with Unix/Linux development/production environments
Relentlessly high standards (never satisfied with the status quo)
At least 6 years industry experience is preferred
