Job Description

As a Full Stack Developer Senior, Lead or Consultant at Level20 you’ll apply your entrepreneurial skills as part of a cross functional team to deploy end to end consumer facing applications to the web. At Level20, Progressive’s growth incubator, we fuel growth for the company through the exploration and development of new-to-market products. Our cross-functional team has the backing of Progressive, which gives us access to a larger resource pool than a traditional start up.

Must-have qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and four years of related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications
Instead of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and six years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications

Preferred skills

Full stack development experience building UI’s and scalable Cloud-based web applications from the ground up using React, NodeJS, and Material UI
Experience deploying and being operationally responsible for applications on Linux, AWS or GCP
Skilled in translating and communicating user insights and business goals into technical requirements
Successful in collaborating with outside vendors

Compensation

Senior level: $78,064-$119,000/year. Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance 
Lead level: $94,464-$144,000/year. Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
Consultant level; $118,572-$188,000/year. Gainshare bonus up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
