As a BI Developer Senior on the CRM Business Intelligence team, you will use a variety of tools and cutting-edge applications to provide solutions. These solutions help to deliver millions of marketing and other important email communications directly to our customers by triaging thousands of units of work to call center and processing groups. This in turn assists contact center consultants in developing relationships with our customers. These ongoing efforts are responsible for large reductions in labor needs and/or unnecessary costs. This includes enhancing search capabilities for the contact center consultants and the procedures they use on a daily basis.
Must have qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, MIS, Business Management) and a minimum of 2 years designing/developing, programming and supporting software programs/applications.
In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 4 years related work experience with working knowledge of designing/developing, programming and supporting software programs/applications.
Preferred skills:
Designing creative solutions to address business problems and needs while helping to expand the team’s reach further across CRM
Implementing business automations to free up human capacity
Developing reporting and analysis interfaces, data stores that help others do their jobs better
Providing low-cost, agile solutions where IT solutions are not justified
Compensation
Senior level: $71,400 - $95,200/year
Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
