As a Statistical (R&D) Analyst, you'll develop product models that contribute to top-line growth, analyzing data to identify trends and improve products. In our Commercial Lines Research & Development group, you'll support our mission of creating industry-leading segmentation and maintaining our #1 position for commercial auto insurance. Must-have qualifications:
Master's degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Engineering or Operations Research.
In lieu of Master's degree, Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Engineering or Operations Research and a minimum of two years of analysis experience.
Preferred skills:
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Understanding of basic data analysis methodologies such as multivariate regression
Ability to communicate results of analyses in a simple and clear manner
Intermediate to advanced programming skills in SAS or R
Prior experience in pricing or product is valuable but not required
Compensation
Mid level: $65,000 - $86,700/year
Senior level: $78,700 - $104,900/year
Lead level: $90,200 - $128,900/year
Gainshare bonus up to 30% - 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
