The DISH Wireless Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join a team of recruiting professionals who are focused on delivering top technical talent to the organizations they support. 

 Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Increase candidate pipelines through strategic sourcing initiatives
Create and vet sourcing strategies focused on hiring top talent
As a? Technical Sourcer?, you will partner closely with our Technical Talent Acquisition Consultants to drive top of funnel talent for technical hiring needs
Think like an owner in the creation of innovative sourcing strategies that result in key hires for mission-critical roles
Interface regularly with recruiters to define needs, gather feedback and adjust searching approaches as needed

To be successful in this role, our ideal candidate will have:

Strong accuracy and attention to detail and the ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects/candidates at once in a fast-paced environment
Experience sourcing in technology, using various tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, research, referrals and other solutions to locate candidates
Demonstrable knowledge of skill sets and career paths for technical professionals in telecommunications or information technology
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to shift focus and priorities easily, and to use various strategies based on the difficulty level of each position
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
The ideal candidate for this role will have some experience with social media, recruiting, or sourcing in a team environment and has a high need for achievement (and has a history of achievement to prove it)
Qualified candidates can work efficiently, adapt quickly and multi-task; they also learn quickly, solve complex problems with simple solutions and generate innovative ideas to improve the business
