DISH Wireless’ Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Reporting Analyst who will be a key contributor to the advancement of the Wireless Recruiting department’s data-centric decision making and integration with the Wireless business.

This role will help the department shape its business by:

Developing cultivated key insights into our recruiting ecosystem
Managing report creation, including recurring KPI reporting, ad hoc requests, and exploratory investigations
Managing ATS system - iCIMS - data integrity including report monitoring for non-adherence instances
Developing cross-platform reporting - converting raw data into actionable insights with tools like SQL, Tableau, and others as opportunities present themselves
Building relationships cross-departmentally to ensure data integrity for all stakeholders

A successful Talent Acquisition Reporting Analyst has the following:

Bachelor's degree preferred in operations, information systems, information technologies, business management, data and reporting management, or a related degree
2+ year(s) reporting and analytics experience - academic or professional
Experience with SQL and Tableau required, history of creative solutions preferred
Experience with advanced Excel operations required, Google Sheets is a plus
An aptitude for learning new technologies, trends, and approaches to problem solving
Exceptional attention to detail, and level of pride in their work
