Find your future with us.We are seeking a Senior Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist (Level 4) to join our BT&E IP&S team located in Berkeley (St. Louis), Missouri.This role will provide guidance with creation of schedules for critical Boeing Defense programs, to include F-15EX and MQ-25.

Position Responsibilities

* Provides high level analysis of product development initiatives for BT&E, program and support organizations
* Oversees program planning requests for the development of new and derivative products
* Provides scheduling support on various programs
* Facilitates multidisciplinary review of proposed changes to the baseline
* Negotiates and resolves issues
* Advises and recommends integrated planning, scheduling, change and baseline management best practices, processes, techniques and tools to management
* Authorizes commitment of resources by obtaining approvals from stakeholders
* Oversees deployment of approved recommendations at Division, Business Unit, and/or Enterprise levels. Leads the integration and schedule impact analysis of highly complex and/or multiple schedule changes
* May provide coaching, mentoring and leadership to less experienced employees
* Lead, facilitate and ensure integration of project/program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers and partnersThis position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

* 5 years of integrated scheduling experience
* 3 years of experience in a leadership role, leading teams or projects to successful completion

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

* Bachelors degree
* 8 years of experience working with the planning & scheduling processes, cost analysis, and EVMS
* 8 years of experience building and presenting plans/recommendations to executive leadership
* 5 years of military/defense program support experience
* Experience with DECM requirements
* Experience with OPP - Open Plan Professional
* Experience with Milestone Professional and MS Project
* Experience with IPSG (Integrated Planning and Scheduling Guidances)

Typical Education & Experience

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master 8 years related work experience, 14 years related work experience, etc.).
