Position Responsibilities
* Assists with implementation and development of policies associated with program property management processes for company or Government property.
* Acts as leadfor interacting with program management, contracting organizations and customers on complex issues related to current property system status.
* Provides expertise to enhance and manage information by utilizing off-the-shelf software or Boeing system tools to manage and communicate property information and to ensure accountability for property from initial acquisition to final disposition.
* Develops procedures and guidelines associated with establishing acquisition processes, property records, property movement, physical inventory, maintenance processes, property utilization and consumption and disposition and contract closeout for company or Government property.
* Reviews records for accuracy and reviews processes for compliance to establish procedures and guidelines.
* Leads the development and implementation of tools, processes and procedures. Develops and delivers training and provides guidance to less experienced employees.Basic Qualifications
This position requires an active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active).
* Bachelors degree is preferred
* 3 years of experience in managing property
* 3 years of experience or relevant education with data analysis.
* 3 years of experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations.
* 3 years of experience managing ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment in support of multiple organizations.
* 5 years of experience in a role which required strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* 5 years of experience supporting deliverables for both internal and external customers.
* 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Project.
* Ability to travel 10
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in interfacing with US Government Customer on top secret level contracts.
* Experience with Government Property Management Record System.
* Experience with complex database tools (i.e. data entry).
Typical Education & Experience
