Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Associate C-17 Logistics Technician to support the C-17 Training System (TS). This position is located Altus AFB, OK.

Position Responsibilities

* Provide logistics support to manage, maintain, and support the C-17 Training System (e.g., training devices, courseware, software, firmware, spares, and their support centers).
* Maintenance of the USAF provided Logistics Support Package (LSP) Logistics support and performance requirements include site inventory management
* Maintenance of inventory storage and control
* Distribution and management of supportability assetsLogistics analysis and supportability assessment updates
* Identification and management of supportability issues
* Acquisition of all replenishment or replacement assets and asset repairs
* Disposition and disposal of obsolete and condemned support assets using the Plant Clearance Automated Redistribution Screening System (PCARSS)
* Execution of supportability quality audits
* Development and management of logistics data
* Maintenance of support equipment
* Material packaging, handling, storage and transportation
* Development and delivery of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs)This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

* Minimum of 1 year in Aircraft Logistics experience
* Previous experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
* Minimum of 1 year of experience managing material or spares inventories within an automated database
* Minimum of 1 year of purchasing experience (e.g. issuing Requests for Proposal, evaluating bids, placing Purchase Orders, paying invoices)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
* C-17 Logistics Experience
* Experience with TERO Web Work - Computer Maintenance Management System
* Diminishing Manufacturing Sources/Material Shortages Parts Obsolescence experience
