What Quality Assurance contributes to Cardinal Health

Quality Assurance is responsible for developing and implementing a compliant and cost effective quality system that assures products and services are reliable, safe and effective.

* Demonstrates knowledge of quality systems and approaches.
* Demonstrates an understanding of the relevant regulations, standards and operating procedures.
* Demonstrates ability to perform investigations / root cause analysis and develop corrective actions.
* Demonstrates an understanding of the requirements and has the ability to perform gap assessments to those requirements.
* Demonstrates an understanding of quality concepts such as:cost of quality, analytical metrics and / or statistics, trending, quality planning, validation, CAPA and problem solving.
* Works cross-functionally and has the ability to interpret the requirements as well as educate and influence others on those requirements.

Accountabilities

*Instruct/Present/Facilitate

* Comfortable speaking in front of a large audience.? Coordinators will be responsible for conducting and/ or scheduling all orientations for new temporary employees, transfers, cross-training and others.?
* Able to communicate effectively with site functional group trainers and trainees and instruct them on how to perform essential job functions.
* Administration of electronic learning system/eLMS (myLearning/ComplianceWire))
* Collaborate with Curriculum Owners, User Group Owners, and site management to identify needs and concepts
* Evaluate training effectiveness by administering tests, quizzes, observational checklists.
*Use various training methods and/or systems to coordinate and deliver training for new hire and transferred employees.

*Assists in external audits of training programs and records.

* Assist in internal audits of training programs and records.
* Responsible for publishing reports on* Maintain training materials, changes to training materials, and work towards the creation and implementation of standard training documentation.
* Maintain records of training and work towards electronic management of records, myLearning.?
* Primary site myLearning system administraton

Qualifications

* HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience, preferred
* 2 years experience in related field, preferred
* Working knowledge of MS Office/Suite
* Experience working with web based quality management software (such as ComplianceWire) preferred.
