Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage a book of business of clients generally ranging from $20 million in assets to $75 million in assets.
Lead overall client service team (comprised of various experts from within Prudential).
Drive profitable revenue from assigned book of business and identify "second" sales in order to achieve revenue goals.
Introduce new products and services to clients and advisors through "Rock Solid" framework (Plan Design, In Plan Income, Financial Wellness).
Maintain revenue and asset persistency goals.
Support New Business sales activity such as sales finals presentations.
Work daily in Salesforce (Pruforce) and Power BI to identify and focus on opportunities and risks.
Deliver executive business plans and investment reports to clients and their advisors (Plan Health) as a foundation to drive results.
Maintain and enhance relationships with existing Institutional clients.
Coordinate marketing, sales, and support services for assigned Institutional accounts.
Retain a solid understanding of assigned clients’ requirements and develop programs to meet these expectations.
Possess excellent communications skills and a solid knowledge of Prudential's products and services.
Drives toward improving plan health through Prudential offerings, including investment management solutions and retirement product features.
Independently partners with key business partners across Prudential.
Manages sensitive issues and client service remediation.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in the Retirement/Financial Services industry required
Defined Contribution experience required
FINRA Series 6, 63, and State Life Insurance licensing is required or must be obtained within 120 days of hire
Expert knowledge of the retirement industry, relevant investment products, and competitive environment, including intermediaries
Excellent leadership, negotiation, organizational, problem solving, verbal and written communications, listening, and presentation skills
Proven track record of positive revenue, revenue growth, referenceable and health of client and intermediary relationships
Ability to consult on multiple product lines and manage multiple priorities or projects
Up to 40% travel required
