Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

Partner with the assigned PGIM Fixed Income leaders and HR colleagues to design and implement HR solutions, tactical initiatives, programs and policies that achieve short- and long-term business objectives.

Provide HRBP expertise and support to leaders and managers in the Investment and Client Advisory business groups

Manage the employee experience while partnering closely with business leaders and COEs on talent acquisition, organizational design, talent development, succession planning and performance management.

Manage the year-end compensation process in partnership with the business and the Compensation COE.

Oversee and provide expertise in employee relations issues for the business in partnership with Employee Relations COE and HR Law

Partner with PGIM’s Office of Inclusion and Diversity, as well as Prudential Inclusive Solutions to  develop Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies for PGIM Fixed Income, locally and globally.

Use HR data intelligence to analyze and inform HR priorities, risks and opportunities.  Use the internal surveys to assess employee engagement and gauge measures along our PGIM Fixed Income culture statement - trust, collegiality, teamwork, meritocracy and transparency.

Qualifications:

At least 10 years of human resources business partnering experience; investment business experience strongly preferred

Experience partnering with senior business leaders and working independently

Capability in all major human resources disciplines including: talent management, succession planning, organizational design, recruiting, compensation, training and development, diversity & inclusion, and employee relations.

Successful track record of relationship building, problem solving, influence and sound judgement

Superior written, listening and oral communication skills

Demonstrated project and process management backed by strong critical thinking skills

Strong business acumen of investment management industry
