Managers, Business Analysis for Western Union (Denver, CO) - Manage a team of Business analysts supporting Corporate Financials platform and the Corporate Systems portfolio of over 40+ applications. Lead and manage the team in building and delivering the projects on time. Project manage the projects in guidance with company project governance standards. Act as a liaison between internal/external business partners and our IT organization to provide technical solutions to meet our organizational needs. Translate high-level and complex business requirements into functional specifications for specific applications, as well as manage changes to those requirements/specifications and educate the IT organization on the direction of the business. Gather information on (and document) work processes and information flows, evaluate current-state processes, and identify areas for improvement within the business support and implementation processes. This is a telecommuting position, reports to HQ in Denver, CO.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, or related; and 2 years progressive, post-Bachelor’s experience as an Associate, Application Analyst or related software development occupation, which must include some experience with: Subject Matter Expert for Oracle EBS accounting and procurement modules (GL, FA, AR, AP, iProcurement, iSupplier, and E-Business Tax); Treasury and Tax application experience, as well as Treasury and Tax BA support experience; Reviewing and updating PLSQL, XML reports, and Business Intelligence tools; Hyperion EPM apps (Essbase and HFM); Oracle database query tools (Toad and SQL Plus); Designing and engineering Oracle EBS solutions; and Regulatory standards (PCI, SOX, and SOC). Must also possess ‘Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist’ certification.
