Job Description

The Analyst is responsible for reviewing all maintenance, enhancements, processes, and reporting surrounding the gas measurement application and performs the measurement close for all assets in the gas measurement system within the published timeline.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Responsible for error report resolution
Ensures that all third party volume load processes are complete
Perform all preliminary close processes and resolve any issues that arise
Ensures that gas measurement databases are reconciled
Ensures that all downstream push processes to accounting systems are complete
Responsible for interacting with IT to resolve gas measurement system issues
Assist in periodic system upgrades by developing a comprehensive application testing plan to ensure upgrades are completed with no collateral impact to unchanged processes in the test and production environments
Maintain and provide technical support to the Volume Management SharePoint website
Responsible for creating and maintaining report documentation
Responsible for developing MS Access and MS Excel solutions to complex gas measurement business requirements
Collaborate with various departments to identify and resolve issues

Qualifications
 

The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree, is required.  It is preferred that the Bachelor’s degree be in a field requiring analytical skills, e.g., Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
1 to 3 years of data analysis experience is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-starter with a desire to learn our end-to-end business. 
Possesses a customer-focused and team-oriented attitude.
The ideal candidate has a strong background with MS Access, MS Excel and data analytics in general.
Enjoys troubleshooting and can identify appropriate recommendations / solutions.
The ability to meet deadlines and prioritize competing deliverables.
Knowledge or SQL Server database and SQL language a plus.

Enterprise Products Partners L.P. provides midstream energy services to producers and consumers of natural gas, natural gas liquids (NGLs), crude oil, petrochemicals, and refined products.
