Responsibilities May Include
Execute day-to-day activities in the fulfillment of DPA contracts between P66 and Suppliers.
Working with Procurement, Legal, Data Privacy and IT on prioritization of DPA contracts with Business units
Working with Suppliers on negotiation of DPA contracts in partnership with Global Legal counsel, Data Privacy, Cyber Security, IT and Business departments. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
GDPR Compliance
Close out all open DPA negotiations, and coordinate all new DPA activity
Work with stakeholders to determine if DPA and DPIA needed
Maintain files/records of DPAs
Report metrics for compliance
Coordinate efforts with Legal and Data Privacy for Business Unit training
CCPA Compliance
Assist US Legal and IT Security Coordinators (as well as other stakeholders as necessary) with pulling relevant vendor contracts from Procurement records
Customize template CCPA Addendum for each relevant vendor agreement
Circulate addendums to vendor contacts
Liaise between vendor and legal to negotiate terms
Coordinate execution of contracts
Maintain files/records of data privacy contracts
Coordinate efforts with Legal and Data Privacy for Business Unit training
Global coordination of signatures with suppliers and multiple P66 business units
Organization and management of overall process (requires heavy work organization skills)
Management of DPA portfolio and communication of key metrics to P66 Leadership
Management of DPA related reporting activities for potential auditing purposes
Management of DPA related training and certifications
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Basic/Required:
Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or relevant discipline
Self-driven/motivated individual contributor within a highly effective team
Effective communication skills and able to manage multiple parties to drive results
Collaborates across multiple P66 functions to drive results
Preferred:
Knowledge of SAP (R3 and S4), SharePoint, LiveLink, OneTrust and Ariba
Global Data Privacy Professional Certification
2 or more years or more of relevant global DPA experience
Can quickly assess problems/issues and provide solutions
Ability to coordinate multiple activities, prioritize tasks, and respond quickly to stakeholders
Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
Ability to interact effectively with many stakeholders across one or multiple functional areas
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
