Job Description:We are looking for an IT Technical Support Specialist to work with the development and integration teamPrimary Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries and assist in in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
* Monitor all applications and integrations to ensure uptime
* Resolve technical issues related to interruptions
* Communicate with users to resolve issues and offer solutions
* Organize documentation needed for production deployments
* Assist development team with efforts to deal with ongoing bugs and updates
* Minimal reporting task that cannot be scheduled
* Gatekeeper for moving applications to production
Minimum Requirements
Education, Required Skills & Competencies
* A bachelors degree or related experience in technology
* 2-4 years experience in a support role
* Time management and the ability to work with minimal supervision
* Comfortable with using software to track work such as Jira
* Must be organized and have good communication skills
* An understanding of SOX compliance would be a plus
