Job DescriptionPosition Summary

Manage the work within the appropriate budget requirements and work closely with the customer as a liaison between the building owner, buildings management company and ABM operations. Work with any customer issues as well as employee relations issues.

Essential Duties
* Complete site inspections using client system and report any potential issue, or hazards immediately.
* Review performance and ensure that night job descriptions and schedules of work are kept up to date on ABM/WeWork portal.
* Conduct performance training, monthly safety training, and work with ABM Safety and Risk team to build and maintain custom safety training modules.
* Responsible for utilization of replacement staffing for day off paid entitlements.
* Weekly auditing of all employees attendance and hours.
* Monitor all restorative cleaning processes for PM shift.
* Must follow up and communicate any issues that happened at night with the Day managers.
* Monitor condition of all equipment to assure they are operating correctly.
* Provide proper training to all employees before operating new equipment.
* Interact with Community Managers to stay on top of delivery schedule of all supplies - and assure inventory count is updated weekly.
* Communicate with WeWork Community Managers on special events and activities affecting night services.
* Inspect and manage scheduling of periodic specialty teams services (carpet, floors, glass, and monthly turns)
* Schedule and oversee all special cleanup requests for new building opens or building expansions.
* Provide Safety trainings to all night employees.
* Responsible for the CorrigoPro tickets, accept and complete them on a timely manner.
* Review and submit payroll on a timely manner.
* Be able to work holidays, weekends and overtime if necessary.
* Be on call for weather related events or special on site property events.

Minimum Requirements:
* High school graduate or equivalent GED required.
* Previous cleaning experience desired but not required.
* Previous supervisory experience desired but not required.
* Must be able to read, write and speak English. Spanish literacy skills desired.
* Must possess good interpersonal skills.
* Must be able to write basic business documents and email in English.
