Job DescriptionPosition Summary

The Recruiter will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers, (GMs, Directors, VPs) in attracting and retaining high quality talent at the hourly levels in multiple operations across all lines of business. He or she will develop and implement strategic recruitment programs in order to attract high potential candidates. Work with management to ensure timely understanding of current and future workforce needs and implement improvements to staffing processes. Be responsible for successfully sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified applicants. This position will also serve as communication liaison for everyone involved in the staffing process.

Essential Duties
* Lead day to day activities of recruiters and track activity using KPIs, Metrics, and Scorecards.
* Will be required to recruit across all lines of business.
* Recruit, source, interview, and onboard high-quality candidates in a timely manner.
* Develop and manage a recruiting database of qualified candidates for future opportunities.
* Network with community and professional organizations.
* Develop a recruitment strategy to successfully attract qualified candidates.
* Heavy communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the selection process.
* Drive the companys Employee Referral Program.
* Conduct wage / market surveys.
* Interview candidates using the behavioral interviewing process.
* Ensure hiring managers have a diverse pool of candidates to interview.
* Follow up with all new hires to ensure smooth transition.
* Influence new hires to submit employee referrals.
* Communicate potential retention issues or patterns to hiring managers and / or Director of Recruiting.
* Recruiter is responsible for the entire life cycle from attraction of candidates through retention.

Minimum Requirements:
* Some College strongly preferred, or equivalent recruiting experience.
* At least 5 year of high-volume recruiting experience required.
* Experience recruiting for a large company preferred.
* Must submit to and pass a drug screen.
* Must meet all requirements to receive required airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal, including successful completion of a background check and ten-year work history.
