Job Description:The Director of Franchise Technology will be responsible for the identification, development, and implementation of cutting-edge technologies for ABM Franchising Group and its Franchisees. This position will lead and manage software applications development and implementation within ABM Franchising Group, which includes leading and managing all technology related projects, and developing and maintaining technology programs to support the strategic direction of ABM Franchising Group. The Director of Franchise Technology will monitor the progress of all technology related projects within their assigned department and ensure goals are consistently met and exceeded. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

* Lead a support team which manages end user business support for multiple software systems as well as business processes/procedures support.
* Manage, write, and perform training related to Enterprise Solutions and business processes across many disciplines
* Facilitate relationships with vendors including software, hardware, hotel, food, etc.
* Be the owner of all business processes for ABM Franchising Group and keep the manuals updated (COM/SOP)
* Develop continuing education content as required (responsible for Accounting Manager/Specialist course track) coordinate overall course content and schedule as it relates to all education sessions.
* Overall responsibility of the ABM Franchising Group customer support center that answers all user questions on applications and tools provided to the franchise network.
* Recognize and define best practices and procedures to obtain optimal impact of new project implementations.
* Manage analysis, design, documentation and testing of bugs and enhancements associated with new or existing application functionality.
* Determine most efficient and effective software solutions to provide business process automation throughout ABM Franchising Group.
* Responsible for the vendor relationships, cost management, and revenue generation of the Business Systems software.
* Implementation and support of ERP/Business Systems, including functionality, training, and support of the current and legacy system(s).
* Participate in multiple projects, often taking/giving direction from/to more than one person.
* Overall SharePoint maintenance, use and internal support
* Provide back-up for Technology and Support on Discovery Days.
* Responsible for Technology and Support portions of Linc franchise start-up
* Monitoring projects and overseeing project managers to ensure goals are met
* Ability to present to all levels of employees as well as large audiences.
* Develop and manage technology and support annual revenue/cost plan.
* Provide timely billing information for revenue generating activities
* Manage expenses within budget
* Conduct weekly PARs with team
* Maintain activity within Team Member Gateway for all direct reports
* Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelors degree or masters degree in IT or related field
* 7-10 year of experience in IT systems related position
* Proven experience in program management
* Software Knowledge a plus: Linc LASER, ValueBuilder (Viewpoint Vista), J.D. Edwards, EPAY, Insight, Linc Sales Software, TEGG Pro, SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook
* Franchising experience is a plus
* Strong leadership experience to motivate and manage a large team.
* Strong customer facing skills and training capabilities.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong writing skills for creating system and end user documentation pertaining to application functionality and enhancements.
